Terms & Conditions

The driver provided by the hire company shall be suitably qualified and experienced. No self driving will be permitted, unless agreed upon and stipulated in writing.

The cost of the hire shall be as agreed upon by the customer and the hire company, and shall include all taxes and fees.

Any cancellations or amendments to the booking must be made in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellation by the hire company, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.

The hire company shall ensure that the vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition and shall maintain it to a reasonable standard throughout the hire period.

The hire company shall provide insurance cover for the vehicle and the driver as required by law.

The company shall be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire period.

The customer shall not use the vehicle for any illegal purposes or in any way that may result in damage to the vehicle or harm to the driver or passengers.

The hire company shall promptly inform the customer of any changes or issues that may affect the hire agreement.

The hire company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of the use of the vehicle that is caused by the negligence of the hire company or its employees.
